Songbook not working

The app songbook stopped working on my iPad after the latest IOS update (14.2).  Anyone else got this problem?  It works for a few seconds after opening the app, but then the menu column (left) goes gray and categories can't be selected.  I tried reinstalling the app.

Thanks.  Yes, I mean the 'Beginner Song Course' app (the subscription one).  The tutorial menu still works, but the songbook menu doesn't, and some of the Settings options are also grayed out e.g. Restore Purchases.

Another bit of info ....  I have the same app problem on my iPhone, and this is still running the 14.1 version of the IOS.  I use this app everyday and I didn't have this problem yesterday, so it seems like a very new problem.

By the way, I love this app!  It has been a transformative tool to help me learn guitar, and I am grateful indeed!

I installed the latest version.
I seem to have some issues with slow loading.
Perhaps it is related.

Please do contact Paula at: info[at]musopia.net and describe your issue and steps.

I will address the slow loading at my side as well

The support team already came back to me, they seem to be on both issues already:

Thank you for your email.
The greyed out sidebar problem is due to some trouble with our service provider currently. We are working hard on monitoring the issue. We will let the users know as soon as the problem is fixed.
However, the learning path should work properly. Also, the songs will load if they find them in the searching bar on the top of the songbook screen.

As for the long loading time issue that you pointed out, we are now working on the new version of the Justin Guitar app which should resolve the issue. We are aiming for releasing before the end of this year.
