I've seen Justin's Blues Jams and have played them on Soundcloud, but I don't know how to do improv to it. Should I be bringing something like this into Guitar Pro (which I have) so that I can mute some of the instruments?

Never mind! I found what I was looking for. Was actually trying to figure out where the Blues Solo download was and got it for the Shuffle Riff.
