Brilliant! You owned this track by the end of your improv. Great idea to speed it up as I think it helped shift the focus away from the backing to your lead.

Thanks for the cool comment, I truly appreciate it. As I mentioned before, I would have never sped it up had I not watched Brian's video first. That cartoony vibe really worked and defined the track. I had to take it in a new direction after that.

As I continue to work towards closing my SoundCloud, I wanted to keep a copy of this backing track in case somebody ever comes along in the future to try this challenge.

In the process I simplified the track and shortened it. It is still the same progression in D at 80bpm but is just a single loop through the sequence, not following the round style of the original.

Hopefully the link to the file on my Google Drive folder will work correctly, allowing the fil to be downloaded.
