any chance for a BADA version?
« on: March 20, 2012, 10:15:57 am »

is there any chance for a bada version of your Time Trainer Metronome App? I'd really love to use it on my bada smartphone. (No, I wouldn't buy an iPhone just for that).

To be honest, bada's market share is relatively low, but it's growing. I'll give you some pros:

1) Growing market share, in fact more than Windows Phone. Full year 2011 figures:
13.2 million shipments, 2.7% market share, 183.1% growth rate (reference: Canalys)

2) very few metronome apps available, none of them comparable to yours.

3) lower market share (and thus lower sales volume) offset by higher app prices compared to iOS.

Hope to buy your app soon for bada OS  ;)

Honstely, i never heard from BADA until now :)
For those "WTF-ing" right now; it's Samsung's operation system for smart phones, theanswer to the iOS (apple devices) and Android

If there is room for expansion of target audience for apps, I think an android version would have a better ROI. the audience (=us, the guitarists) is not specifically a group of "early adopters".
As apps aren't justin core business either, i think it owuld be wiser to see what BADA becomes first...

I totally get your point. In fact, I anticipated it and thats why I listed some pros.  ;D  It isn't even sold in North America but is quite successful in Russia and India (beside Europe), at least as far as I know.

I'm just saying, if its feasible to "translate" it to bada, it would be highly appreciated.
