Howdy, I think it would be good to have a basic lesson at the beginning of the beginners course to talk about the importance of stretching before and after each practice session and a demonstration of some stretches we can do.
It should also be incorporated as a note in each of the practice schedules.
Sorry if I have missed this module somewhere. I know there is talk about stopping and not overdoing it in the beginning, especially if you experience any pain, but I can't remember anything about a dedicated stretching routine to help prevent injury.
