Best Tab Software
« on: May 15, 2018, 08:43:49 pm »
Hi,

I'm looking for the best and most complete tab software to use when teaching students. I've signed up for a couple and used the Ultimate Guitar one quite extensively, but I wonder what else is out there and if there are any better (I know there are a lot!).

Is anyone who's tried them all able to recommend the best one?

I second guitar pro. Very powerful. Not always easy to get help with though. Best option I’ve found.

The best TAB software I’ve found is Tuxguitar, being open source it’s been ported to most platforms. It’s very powerful and isn’t too difficult to learn to use.
My singing sucks so I’m learning Guitar and Ukulele, it’s fun 🌟
