Hi,

Happy as a dog with two of them.
Well done Lynn and Keith.

When the LP is cut, where will I be able to purchase a copy, please, and will it be available in 'cd' format as well as vinyl?

Kind regards,
Rufus

Hi Rufus,

You'll be able to buy it here:

http://austinsignal.com/vinyl-on-demand-store/

In addition to providing a place to sell them, Austin Signal was the most affordable option for us to print without ordering hundreds of copies, which also solved the problem of where to store them.

If anyone has the burning desire to make a record, even just one copy of a single song, it can be done at Austin Signal. And they include a full color jacket and label for the low low price. Unbelievable! (Haha. I swear I don't work for them).

I'll let you know how manufacturing goes and how it sounds, in a new thread in AAVOYP when I get my copies.

We won't be doing a CD at this time, but it's possible we will down the road.

Cheers,
Lynn

Hi Guys,

Cool sleeve design.
Great choice of fonts and colour scheme.
And pressing vinyl... just awesome.

Thanks Digger. I like the sleeve, too. Can't wait to see it in person! Should be coming next month.

In the meantime, I've done another tempera painting, and I've gotten a new job. It's related to both painting and music. You'll never guess what it is I'll be doing.

Here is Niagara.

Hi,

Do you have to do a Health and Safety course to alert you to the signs of Salmonella to appease the PC Brigade, Lynn. ;) ;D
Love the painting.
As for the job - will you be working in a spray booth for Fender? :P ;D ;D

Kind regards,
Rufus

Hi Rufus,

I'm glad you like it.

Good guess, but nope, I'm not painting fender guitars.

Have a great New Year.

Another lovely painting, Lynn.

My guess ....

Painting props and backdrops for a musical stage production.

How's guitar playing going .... seems age since you posted a video of you playing and singing. I always enjoyed those.

Thanks David. I'm glad you like it.

I'm not going to be painting backdrops, but that sounds like it would be fun.

Maybe Darrell can guess what I'll be doing, if he sees this.

I'll try to record a video of a new song we're working on. It has been a while, but I'm still playing my guitar every day and writing songs when an idea strikes. Videos always make me a little self conscious (you know how it is) but I know it's a good thing to do.

I have seen it and am going to take a guess that maybe you could be designing/painting Album covers.
Nice painting of the Falls, very nice 👍👍👍

Well Darrell, I did do the back cover of our lp, but that's not my new job. Another really cool guess. That would be an awesome gig.

I loved that Strangler's song you posted the other day. I listened to it a bunch of times. Really cool. I may try to cover it someday.

Are you going to sell electronic copies of your album? I don’t have a record player 😕

Hi Mari,

We don't have plans to yet, but it's entirely possible, if not likely, we will down the road.

I'm pleased you're interested! That means a lot to me. Thanks so much,
Lynn

Here's Keith's latest, a copy of Hopper's "The Automat" in acrylic.

I know he's learned a lot on this one. I'm really amazed by your progress, Keith. Excellent!
