Seems it's been done by a Hugo Montenegro, whilest being composed by Ennio Morricone. (I could be wrong, just reading from Wikipedia here).

Oh, btw, the other westerns are just as awesome too, imho.
I'll get it in the end. Just don't give up, that's the key....
