Songs for Rocksmith, other sources?
« on: October 17, 2015, 09:59:46 am »
On youtube there are quite a few vids of people doing songs from Led Zep, Guns 'n' Roses, Pink Floyd, Nirvana etc, none of these songs seem to be available from the official store, anyone know how I get these extra songs?  I'm on xBox 360 and the youtube vids state Rocksmith 2014.

Bummer, I really wanted Smells Like Teen spirit and a few others, strange that the only Nirvana track available officially is Heart Shaped Box which is strange because I bet it wouldn't be most peoples first choice for a Nirvana song.

Breed and In Bloom were on the original rocksmith. You can find old copies of that pretty inexpensively, and I believe the import tool still allows you to import those tracks for a small fee.

I only have it on the PC, but I think on other platforms the disc import tool is not required for RS1 songs.

I believe that it has been officially confirmed that there will be a Nirvana pack available for DLC. Of course, that announcement was several months ago...
