Kindle problem
« on: August 19, 2015, 11:38:29 pm »
I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, for some reason I get no sound at all from Justin's website, especially video song lessons. It worked fine in the past, now nothing. Reading lips won't help. Other web sites work fine like YouTube and others. Any kindle fire users out there that can help?

Tried rebooting and checking the sound level you have it set to?

I have noticed on my tablet that when i firststart the video, the sound is turned off.  The speaker icon in the bottom of the video has a line through it and i have to tap it to turn the sound on.  Like the default is sound disabled.

I have the same problem on my tablet and the sound is turned up full. If i watch the videos on youtube
they work.

It's only videos that don't have sound the soundcloud files work.
I've checked the setting on my tablet and the sound is turned on.
