Hi, and welcome

I think when he first changes to the C chord (about 9:50) he runs through both bars* together. Then he describes that same part one bar at a time (there is no e in the first bar) - it seems consistent to me, and is consistent with the slow run-through (at about 14:30).
...and it sounds right (to my ears, anyway

).
So, no first string on the first bar of the C chord, but it is on beat 1 of the second bar:
1st Bar
Beat: 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 +
String: 5 4 3 2 3
2nd Bar
Beat: 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 +
String: 1 5 2 4 H 3It always helps me to write it out if I'm trying to understand it.
(Oh, and thanks for the heads-up about the lesson - this one had passed me by...)
* Edit - there's really only one bar of each chord, but he treats it as two to avoid trying to describe 1/16th note rhythm
