Can't play the disk

Justin (or anyone who may know) -

I just recieved "Really Useful Blues Solos" and I can't get it to play. I've tried iTunes, Windows Media Player, and home/car players, with no luck. I've tried this on multiple computers as well. There are no error messages, it just doesn't recognized the disk. I'm aware of different media formats throughout the world (I'm in the USA), so maybe it needs to be converted?

It should have fired up in Windows Media Player.

Can you browse it Explorer?

It should show Track01.cda  thru Track15.cda

Sounds like you might have gotten a defect. Email Justin.

Thanks for replying TB - I'm new to this forum thing, so thx for your patience. I sent Justin an email a few days back, but haven't heard back. Is there anything else I should be doing?

Hi Justin - this is Mike - I read your post about sending a new RUBS disk - Thank you. As of July 30, I haven't received it. I'm not worried about it, but just want to make sure you have all my info. I know you're busy.
