When I visit this page

and I press the "Available as download for mobile devices like iphone ipad etc" button, I'm redirected to this page
"PR-665 • m4v Files for sale..."
but I do not see an Intermediate Method download.
Are the Intermediate Methode m4v files not available (yet)? I really want to buy the m4v files instead of the DVD iso files.
