Famine in Somalia

Hey Justin Guitarists,

Hope you are all having a great summer full of licks, lessons and songs. As you probably already know the United Nations has declared a famine in Somalia something they haven't done in a very long time (i think over 30 years but i could be wrong). Thousands of people per day are dying from lack of food and lack of water. Experts say that 1.6 billion dollars is needed for immediate relief and the governments of the wealthier nations have only donated in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. We all know that it takes longer for a government to act then in does for compassionate human beings. This is why I am challenging every student of Justins to donate 1$ or more to any of these relief charities.

Im sure there are other ways you can help if you cant donate money, maybe canned foods or something. All i know is this, if the world is going to become a better place problems will be solved from one human being to another.

Thanks a lot,

Jesse
