Everything in the lesson makes sense for me except I am totally puzzled by the statement in the lesson "The most important of these notes to check out is the note C Sharp (in pattern one it is the note on the third string in the sixth fret)."

As I understand it the context is working against a C major backing track with the C Pentatonic which does not contain C# as shown in the chord diagram which does not have a note on S3 F6 (which is indeed C#).

I must be on the wrong track, can anyone put me right.

(Aaaah, think I've got it. It has reverted to discussing an A major pentatonic for which the third is a C# - which doesn't go well with the D and C of a D7)
