Definitely the best non-solo-guitar-song from the album. Really love this song!  :)

This song took a while to grow on me. Yesterday i was heading to class and it came on my ipod and i listened to it and since then ive listened to it twelve times and i just love it.

I think there's a lot of irony in it and sadness.  I don't really pity the rose, I pity the subject of the song that puts everyone in the shade.   I don't think it sounds like a good thing to be so beautiful.   It seems incredibly solitary.  Admired but unable to be with others without them being somehow not good enough.  It's hard to be human, that's what the song makes me think.
