Nice one David, resonators are great for blues whether or not you’re playing slide, they just sound so good!
Can’t go wrong with a Shure mic either, industry standard and work and hold their value very well.
Take a look at Daddystovepipe on YT for slide tuition and anything blues, he is the man!
My singing sucks so I’m learning Guitar and Ukulele, it’s fun 🌟

Awesome. I assume that's a roundneck?

That's an interesting looking mic as well. Pretty neat!

I bought a rat.

Just kidding, I bought a RAT!

Yes that's how I have it on my board. I don't have enough space to fit it fully ont he board.

I bought it as an intermediate between my ZVex Fat Fuzz Factory and my Fulltone OCD. It fits that role very well. It's a fuzz with overdrive-y tones. It sounds very mean, too, which I like.

Went mad and splashed out on Waves Diamond Bundle yesterday. Been using a back door version of Waves Complete for a few years but decided to get a pucker copy in their July sale. :)

Hopefully get round to using it next week, as new PC restore just about complete. Damn thing had been dropped in transit when it arrived early June. Back to UK for fix and then a few issues (dead RAM card [1 of 2], so that's another replacement). Started restoring progs and data yesterday .............. nearly 5 months since the original got zapped by a burst pipe.

Cheers

New DasKeyboard Prime 13 with Cherry MX Brown (geeks out there will know what this is).

Also got a Harley Benton GS Mini Mahogany on a whim, for S&G.

Cheers,

Just bought some D'Addario 10 gauge to put on my Cole Clark Angel.
I liked them so much on the Godin 5th Avenue Kingpin
Very surprised how nice they sound and of course very easy to play.
Fingerstyle especially has a good crisp clear sound and the pull offs effortless. Happy

I do. I couldn't find a keyboard with MX Brown switches to try them. All they had was Blue and some ripoffs. So I went with a Logitech G910 and called it a day.

Haha yes indeed. Plenty!
And you know what you don't need elephant strings to play well or enjoy playing. No prizes for choosing to play with thicker strings
Been there, done that got the calluses.

Yes: a satisfying, but not over-loud, "clack".

:D
