In the intro video, Justin mentions there was a PDF with TABs for this song on his website. Unfortunately I can't find it anywere on the website. Does anybody know where I can find it?

Ops, sorry, I somehow missed the topic "Please Note - ALL TABS WERE REMOVED FOR LEGAL REASONS" on top of the forum. I must be blind.

But if maybe there is someone who has the tabs for "Under The Bridge" I would appreciate it if you would send me a message.

I'm trying to play this song but I'm having trouble with the over the thumb jimmy hendrixy grip.

I'm not sure if I'm gripping it right because the high E string keeps getting muted.  I have to really play around with my index and finger and shift my hand around a lot to get it to ring out.

Other times Ive used this grip I always just let the high E string mute.

Does anyone have any advice on the proper way to grip this thing?

check justin's advice out :) it takes a while to get used to the grip aswell.
Lowering my action just a bit helped (alot)!
Make sure your first finger isnt too high up so that you cant apply pressure right, which causes the 1st string not to be clear.

Also, the 7th fret is much harder to start on compared to the 3rd fret, try 3rd then 5th, then 7th :)
If you wanna play it like john though, he doesnt let the 1st string ring out, listen to the track and you'll notice that :)

Hello,

I have been working on this song/lesson for a fair bit and I cannot crack the rythym of the verses (before I even apply the fills). I read this thread and saw that someone had broken down the rythym of the chorus (thank you!).

I was wondering if anyone could help me do the same for the verse?

I had a go at it (below) where . represent a ghost note. Sorry if its terrible but I bought Justin's RUST 2 to try and help me with the 16th note strumming (John Frusciante in particular!).

Apologies if this terrible but this where I am at :-)
