Title: Problems with song lessons
Post by: Adelano on March 18, 2018, 01:52:38 pm
Hi,
I can't play a number of videos of the original songs, for example:
- BS-105 (I Walk The Line) returns a black screen with message: "This video contains content from Viacom which is blocked due to copyright infringement"
- BS-624 (Hotel California) returns a black screen with message: "This video is not available".
Not very nice, but so far I sort of accepted this because maybe the copyright rules are different here in the Netherlands.

But I am very surprised that Justin's lesson video of BS-624 also returned a black screen, this time with message: "This video contains content from UMPI which is blocked due to copyright infringement".
Isn't this a bit strange on Justin's own site?

I hope anyone can help me out.

I have read recently that there is a crackdown on copyright going on with social media.
They might be doing it country by country because both those songs are still working in Aus.
Maybe try VPN?

Hi,
I also have a problem watching hotel California (note: justins lesson, not the Eagles version).
"Content from UMPI"
I access the site from Sweden.

Have you read this thread? The reasons, and a possible workaround are in the above posts.
