I don't know if this is the place to write it, but the link to Lou Donaldson & Grant Green's version is wrong, and it linking to autumn leaves instead of misty.

Is anyone able to go a bit more in depth on the run of II -> V in the B section of misty. Not really understanding why it sounds good or the theory of it.

So the key transitions are:
G -> Bb minor 3rd, Bb -> F fifth, F -> Eb minor 7th
Seems completely random?
