No response from customer services over lack of item

Hi,

I ordered the acoustic songbook on Nov 2nd but there's no sign of it. Emailed Jedi on Nov 10th but not had any acknowledgement. Have rung the customer services number but no answer. Have left voice message.

Appreciate this forum isn't designed for this sort of thing but I don't know what else to do.

Could someone PM me so I can find out where my order is. Thanks.

I think the acoustic songbook was a preorder.  They aren't shipping until later this month.
The "Latest News" section on the front page of the website should give all the details.
I preordered one as well.

I believe Jedi is/was on vacation so that may account for lack of response. He is typically very quick in replying to concerns.
