iso/dvd freezing?

Hey, I have had this since last summer, learnt the 1st shape and have now gone back to the learn the second (got distracted with the beginners song book!)
 I am watching on a mac and it constantly freezes. I can go through all the menu options, but as soon as a choose a chapter or start from the beginning the best I get is the rotating rainbow ball thing! I am playing through the DVD player application that came with the mac and have RUST 1 and 2 using the same setup with no problems.

As I said I learnt the 1st shape last year and it was fine, surely iso files don't go off!!

Is there anyway to clean up the iso file?

Confused here: are you watching an actual DVD (as in silver disc) or are you watching the ISO file?

Sorry, the iso disc. Which was fine a few months ago

I assume you mean iso file, right? In that case you might want to contact Jedi and download it again. If everything else works fine, it might be that your iso file was corrupted somehow.

yeah, the iso file. Feels a bit cheeky as I brought it so long ago, but have emailed Jedi. Cheers
