after you put in your credit card details you will go through to a page with a link to download the tracks. You'll also get an e-mail with a link to download the tracks.
I've been using payloads for a long time now, and I don't think I've had a single e-mail from somebody complaining about. I think PayPal is pretty secure as well, I've never had any problems with it personally, and the only problems I have even heard about have been from people getting suckered in by Phishing.
