Instead of palming it he has in between his fingers ,this too is a variation of the Pinky drop, or catch,
it's dropping somewhere in his curled fingers but he has it ready to go ,seems I can hold to where it just sit on top of may ring finger and get it back pretty fast, again this is not true finger style , but I like it better than Brains way and explained why already
