Thank you, Justin, for this awesome lesson!
I just can't stop playing this song. And this lesson was also the reason, that I bought a Resonator-Guitar (had an eye on it for quite a while...).
It's a Recording-King model RM-998-1D-FE and sounds really great for that affordable price.

OK, I would like to post a link, regarding the uncertainty with the end of the refrain:

I watch also that vid on youtube and I think the cords in that link above are right. Also the complete notation is very exact.

It would be really nice for an insight into some of the strumming pattern, especially at the beginning
"sing a street serenade" point. A lot going on in a fraction of a second that I can't figure. (I got to up+click/down but not all strings/chord change and full down, but its not right!?!?!.....)

Once that effect is figured rest should fall into place.... help pls

@jb, You might try recording that part and slowing it down to see what's happening?
